About the Event
This is an introductory information on the different ways to introduce your baby's solid food. We will learn the signs if your baby is able & ready for their first solid food. Wha is the best way to position your infant in their high chair. This is not a medical training. This is for educational and informtion purposes only. We will explore the diffrenet ways on how to introduce your baby's first solid food that will accomodate your family's culture and lifestyle. We will discuus Baby Led weaning aka as BLW, Baby Self Feeding, purees etc.
